Hello

I'm Sam, a full-time first generation farmer and a mom of two.  I hatched in suburban Ohio, fledged the nest and enrolled at the Culinary Institute of America. After time spent cooking professionally in New York and Washington D.C. I wound up back in Ohio...in the country this time...running a regenerative farm with my husband.  Growing veggies for market and humans for life, mine is a wild and unique existence which I like to share through my writing.
